Wheel Option Code? Should there be a trim ring?

Hello, wondering if this wheel lacks a trim ring, and what the option code is (thanks in advance for any input):

that's a Ford wheel, and doesn't take a trim ring, like the '67&'68 Mopar Raod Wheels. The mopars got trim ring's in '69.
