Factory Black and Pewter '69 Roadrunner

Does anyone know how many '69 RR's were made in the color combo of Black outside and Pewter inside? I am the owner of one, I have read that Pewter interior was a '69 option on Plymouth only and is rare. I remember reading an article in the mopar collectors guide magazine which stated there were only a few made this way.

Does anyone else have any info to share on this?

:yeathat: But to answer your question, there are no known records of how many cars were produced in a particular color. And that's one reason for the registry on this site is to get an idea of that kind of info for the cars that are still out there. So everyone get you cars registered

Don't know how many were made, but it sure is an awesome combination. Here is an A12 that I drooled all over in Atlanta in 2008.

Might be might not I don't know what he is basing that on. Right now its the only one known to exist and it is a rare combo.

I noticed the A-12 car had a white, (painted) top. My came car came black with black top and pewter interior. I have the fender tag for the car.

Car was equipped with 383HP N96 air grabber auto trans 3.91 gear 26" 054 radiator power steering w/cooler and manual drum brakes from factory. Now has mild 440 with 292/509 cam cast iron 6BBL manifold Mallory electronic ignition Dana 60 with SS springs and snubber turbo action manual valve body and 10" converter. Front manual discs are to be installed when time permits.
