I just went on a sticker making wed site called Zazzle and had 5 oval stickers made up 4'' by 2.5"

No minimum purchase , No you create the sticker on the site, 5 stickers 4.5" by 2.5" $10.19 shipped
they will be oval color blue with black lettering , I have no idea what they will look like or there quality
