Gots to get a larger C-clamp to remove reverse. My brother is converting his Challenger to a 4 gearDSCN1002-800x600.JPG DSCN1003-800x600.JPG DSCN1003-800x600.JPG

Boy you asked for it Bob. Up to your eye ball's in gunk. Other than that how dose it look in side. Now I know who to ask pointers from when getting into mine. That is on my list after putting the rear differential back together. Got the pig out but did not brake it down so far. Got all the parts from Doctor Diff. for the rebuild. Good luck my friend. Keep us informed on the progress. Oh lots of pictures. Russ.

Are those A833 boxes common 2nd hand? Got a buddy looking to put one in a pickup, not real common round here.

Had to look hard to find the one I got. Got lucky it came from a roadrunner out of Co. Paid 500 plus shipping got Fed Ex to ship it. They told the guy they would not ship it because could not put it on the belt or conveyer. But I set up an account with them and reversed shipped it to me. Got to be smart they where the cheapest out of all shipper's.

So Bob what did the gears and sinks look like. The input shaft look's good from what I see. This will tell me about how bad the one I have will look like in side. Hope mine falls apart that easy. Russ.

AZ Desert,
I'm cleaning and inspecting this weekend. Spent most of this week replacing an in tank fuel pump in the old motor home. POS has let me down lately.

Bummer man. Had my Ford Ranger fuel pump sounding funny. Got lucky all I had to do is replace the fuel filter. Must have gotten gas some where with dirty fuel. After Irma the store's fuel tank's ran low or out. So probably got the bottom of the tank with the trash. Well got to tear down the one I had and saw the input splines look pretty go on the transmission you got their. My input splines and out put look grate. Not showing any stress on them bent or lot's of ware. Well keep us up on it interested in what you find.
