Hey Guy. Have you located those part's for the trunk light and switch. Something I am going to need my self. I have not started looking for the yet. Still working on other stuff. Good luck. Russ. Just looked around on the web. Found the light and switch on E bay say for all B bodies.

Sorry I just punched in the title trunk light and switch for 69 roadrunner and searched. He is in Canada. You might try Tony's part's he has a lot of the odd stuff. Russ.

Where did you find them and what shape are they in. I know after 50 years. But I have found some part's that were not that bad.

I actually bought the switch on ebay, and a harness from a fellow on the b-body forum

Thanks dmartin. I will write it down. Will look for other stuff like the trunk light and thing's like that when the body is done and painted. Like most people working on the running gear while doing body work. This helps brake up the project so I don't get tired of doing one thing. Russ.

Hey Bob. Is their any connection on the wiring harness if the car did not come with the trunk light. Also while asking is their a plug for the rear window defrost. Or will I have to run another wire just for the defrost and the trunk light. :praying:

AZ Desert,
Standard harness I pretty sure should have a wire that will get a couple of feet into the trunk for the light, off the top of my head I don't know the color. Defrost I'm sure gets a different harness.

Russ I believe that the wire is black for the trunk light

Thank you dmartin. I still am a long way's off from doing any wiring but still dose not hurt to ask question's on these subject. All you guy's have been grate though out the resto process. I am up to the torsion bar crossmember with bed lining. Want to do the front frame rails and outer inner fender's. Then going to sand blast the fender's and bed line the in side's. This is giving more light at the end of the tunnel on the body. Still a lot of filler to do. Want to paint the body when we get some dryer air here. It is to humid like 100% to spray color on the car. :thankyou:
