Hello all.

What would you all suggest for a replacement battery for my '69 Road Runner, 383? I currently have a reproduction in it but having a tough time paying $360.00+ dollars for a new one. Please help!
Thanks all!

AZ Desert,
Just get an AGM battery from a parts store. Shop for the best price and no more worries of acid spills or corrosion.

Bob, I know we talked about how to take a battery and hide it in the reproduction battery case but I can't find the thread on it. I remember you said that the battery case had to be cut open to remove the original power source but I can't remember how the connection was made between the battery posts. Was it just a solder joint or a mechanical joint with screws or something else. I may have to be doing this soon myself.

AZ Desert,
I drilled a pilot hole into the lead and used a small lag bolt. I'll try and dig some pics up
