I am way off from having to worry about paint. However I thought I would throw this up to see what people think. Originally my car was Vitamin C which I like, but there is also something special about black cars, in my opinion. I would be happy with both.

What do you think?

If it were me, I'd go with the Vitamin C. Just something about Mopar and the colors! And, I'm not a big fan of black on these cars. But, not my car, it's yours!

TX9. The only thing more sinister looking than a '70 RR in Black Velvet is an A12 RR in Black Velvet... My two cents.

I would go with Vitamin C if that is the Original color. My 69RR was Y4 Spanish Gold. And looked for a year or more to see one in person with no luck, only pictures on the internet. So I painted it B7 BLUE. My car was black with a very bad paint job when I bought it in 1994. About 1 year or so later I saw a 69RR in Y4 Spanish Gold with black vinyl top. I wish I had seen that car sooner. I learned that only 1 percent of 69RR where painted Y4 Spanish Gold. It'sYour car and your Choice !!! Picture 001.jpg

Here is my Two cent's worth buddy. Black is a hard color to paint it show's every nick and scratch. The car has to be absolutely straight. It show's dirt and dust really bad. Lots of cleaning all the time. It also is one of the hottest car's around. I vote to keep the vitamin C. color. :thumbsup2:

Not only does black take a lot to make it look good, it takes even more to keep it looking good......but worth it.
