Anyone going to Carlisle? Volume II

We flew out there in ‘98 to see what it was all about and have driven (or trailered) a car there every year after that. We wouldn’t miss it for the world. We have taken a classic for the last 5 years, but not this year. We are driving our modern because Biden’s building back better.

Maybe one year I can make it but too much to do around here. If I did make it the car would not be with me. Would have to fly up but would love to see all the cars.

I thought about it but airfare says no, would have been my 4th time out. Thanks Brandon

Russ I'm sorry I didn't get any pics this year, but I found a DANA rear end and a 18 spline A833!. With all the walking my girl was getting tired so after we got the goodies in the car she wanted to go.

Oh I did get these. There was a guy selling engines. This one is a 331 blown Hemi. The guy said the top end was reworked. The heads, cam, lifters, and blower. The block, pistons, rods and bearings need to be reworked or replaced. It was $6000.00. I also took a pic of my new rear end and transmission in the back of Paula's Subaru.IMG_20220716_111829483.jpgIMG_20220716_111834741.jpgIMG_20220716_141621803.jpg

I have to hit Carlisle next year. Couldn’t get out there for this year due to work schedule I’m sure there will be things i don’t really need but have to have. I have land and storage available a few hours from Carlisle so….
