Herman Smith in Athens, Texas?

Does anyone know a Herman Smith or Sonny Smith near Athens, Texas? I believe he may own the '69 road runner that my dad bought new.
I've been trying to contact him, but haven't had any luck.
I know it's a longshot, but figured I'd ask here and see if anyone might know him.

Herman Smith Jr. is who I'm looking for. His dad is Herman Smith Sr. or Sonny.

Someone somewhere took this fender tag pic and sent it to Wes from the Lost Musclecars FB group and road runner registry. Wes doesn't know who sent him the pic b/c he gets sent so many...not necessarily from the car's owner.
This tag pic is the exact car I'm looking for.
