My 3-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission on my 70 RR is not engaging in park (rolls without parking brake applied) and struggling to engage in reverse, thinking I need a rebuild. What would a good estimate be for a rebuild? thx!

I took off a Holly 4150 4-barrel because it was old and in bad shape and I was too lazy to rebuild it, rethinking that strategy LOL
