Transmission Rebuild?

My 3-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission on my 70 RR is not engaging in park (rolls without parking brake applied) and struggling to engage in reverse, thinking I need a rebuild.

What would a good estimate be for a rebuild?

going in to park should be an adjustment on the linkage. check the fluid hot in park and see if low. there is a band adjustment for low and reverse
 
thank you if the fluid is good and full where could I go to get a pic or schematic on the band/linkage adjustment?
