Hotchkis suspension - anyone use this setup?

Good call! I was up in the air about what I wanted to do with the brakes as I've read a number of threads here and at FBBO regarding the brakes. I like upgrades and I also like stopping as quickly as I can when needed.

Hotchkis suspension - anyone use this setup?

Thanks for the reply. Really what I'm looking for is a good comfortable ride that will accommodate the bad roads and not have me fixing parts every few months. I don't really need it for more than that. I know a local guy that has two RR's and he let me know the roads around here are so bad...

Hotchkis suspension - anyone use this setup?

Has any one used this setup? If so, pros or cons? Also, is there an alternative? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hss-80110/overview/year/1969/make/plymouth/model/roadrunner -Floyd

    Restoration assistance '69 RR

It really was just a way for my family to pitch in as it was a car we all remembered growing up as kids. I have self-reliance, trust me.

    Restoration assistance '69 RR

I've been able to complete this now. I am having some trouble with removing the steering column. I know there's a pin that can be removed to get the column out. But, I'm having a hell of a time getting that pin out. Suggestions? Is the pin I'm thinking of below?

Any suggestions on what to tackle next? I know there's no real order to take it apart in. But, I want to set myself up for a best case scenario.

    Restoration assistance '69 RR

I posted in here a while back as a new member and you guys were very supportive. I literally have zero mechanical background and know-how. It's fairly easy to take things apart and I know the hard part will be putting it back together. With not being sure where I should put this post, I...

I really like the Q5. I just felt like there was something missing. I found a really close color that's Gulfstream aqua metallic. But, we will see. I just need to test the color and see it in person. Here's an example of the gulfstream aqua metallic and a link to the page selling it...

Yup...that's the color. I like it a lot and always have. I have a million ideas for what to do in the end. But, for the most part I plan on keep it stock. I am torn behind doing the Q5 color and something else I want to do. I just need to go see the color in person to truly appreciate it and...

    Owens Family Restoration

I have posted here a few times. I consistently view/search the forum for information and it's appreciated. Just thought I would post some of what I have done lately. When I get time b/w work, kids and my wife I head to the garage and figure out what I can take apart without destroying. I've...

    Roof bondo?

When taking off the vinyl I found bondo in the same spot on both pillars next to the back window. Can anyone let me know why that's there? Posted via Topify on Android

    Entire Dash removal

Thanks! The kids do love it. My son loves to come out to the garage and ask a lot of questions. Challenges my knowledge and helps remember what I'm doing. I don't know if I'm helping him or if he's helping me. haha

Well, that settles it. I will stop fighting it and just take the windshield out. Thanks!

    Entire Dash removal

Ok...I did due diligence and attempted to search on how to remove the dash of my 69 RR. From what I have found is the windshield needs to be removed. That seems like a bit much to me. So I thought I'd ask the experts. Does anyone have any information or direct me to a how-to on removing the...
