bingo-that's exactly what I and a couple others thought. It takes some doing to get those out and replaced. If you are a do it yourselfer you'll need a full size arbor press and some you tube
Hot Rod20 is right, all those components mentioned in the last several posts will affect the way the front end (including the Barkes) handle, and will be magnified under brake load.

I believe a wire from the Solenoid has to run back to the ignition switch "on" position for it to run. If it won't start or turn over the Solenoid might be the culprit, or wiring connection to it. They are cheap enough.
