T T I is the best for fit on a mopar. hookers were good but you would need to remove header to replace starter on the T T I i loosen bolts and the stsrter will slide out if you use the mini starter it might slide out with the header tight.
the amp meter in the dash is getting hot look under the dash and you will see if the wires are loose or is the insulator broken and shorting out . REMOVE THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE so not to burn down the car

depends on a few factors not one fits all. is it stock or dose it have a different cam shaft ? stock exhaust or headers ? how mechanical are you ? as different carbs need different skills to maintain
yes that roller part is bad and it is what transfer the ground for the horn to work thru the relay . you can download the factory service manual to help you. looks like the steering wheel is out of round as it is hitting the upper part of the caller of the steering column.
