New project and first time builder

Some of the parts put on the car. Tried to take a lot of pictures but got busy just trying to get the thing done. Blanked off the fresh air duct on lower cowl. Have aftermarket auto air in the car.

New project and first time builder

Once done with sheet metal coated the under neath with bed liner spray on. In frame rails inside with anything that might could be painted with it. Yes, it had some sand in it but that did not bother me too much due to having to thin it down to go through my spray gun. The mud they put on bottom...

Is this 1970 Plymouth Road Runner worth saving?

Think you would be looking at a big job. There is nothing that can't be restored if you have money and time. Yes, some kind of frame jig would have to be made but we can do almost anything with nothing. Dose it still have the motor and transmission. That car sure took a hard hit.

I went with wildwood disc on the front and very happy with them. Still drums on the back. Any improvement over drums in the front is a plus.

After all the kinks and problems.

Well as you all know about the problems I had with the car. Now getting to drive over a hundred miles one way to car shows has made all that work worthwhile. Getting one dependable for long rides is a plus. I still won't get on it too hard when taking off or do big burn outs. Had enough of...

    Dash trim paint

When doing the letters/ symbols. Use a new pencell so the eraser is new. Slightly dab paint on the eraser and dab at the raised letters. Slow but does a good job. I bought model car paint. Holds up well.

    1969 Roadrunner Full Restoration

I found that replacing the hole part was faster than peacing it. I also knew that it was all new. These cars take a lot longer than we figure in the beginning. Mine was on the 5 years outside without working on it every day. But never have regrated it now that I am going to car shows and winning...
