i want to thank each and every one of you for the kind words. it really helps. the reason i didn't have the ins. needed on the car is that every one i contacted told me it had to be garage kept. so until i could find a garage to keep it in i only had the minimum you need to have it on the road...

they may not sound right but i'd rather change out one of those than the original ones. besides with headers the original ones always heat soaked on me about every year. :drive:

i got my starter from a 96 dodge van. from what i understand it has to come from a six cylinder or v-8 model. pickup will work i would guess. :cents:
