Ocerheating while driving usually indicates a lack of airflow, So I would guess that maybe your radiator support to hood seal is not in place, or the cowl seal to hood seal is missing. Or maybe you are not running the clutch fan and shroud?

I would venture a guess that the large stamp is the final inspection stamp meaning it’s good to go for sale or order delivery. The smaller stamps are for other specific inspections such as final paint, final assembly, interior, and other sub sections.

For the record here, there are no trackable option counts for any Chrysler product back then. They just did not track specific options per car, such as paint color, fresh air hood and such. Too much info to try to keep track of, when they really didn’t need that info.
