Just watched the episode. Cool car. Lot of weird on that car. 72 rear bumper on a 71. 72 front emblem on the header panel. Satellite hood on a roadrunner. I know. I sound like that guy. Lol. Cool car thou.

71 has a few things just to it. The front and rear marker lights are 71 only. 72 went to a solid light with no surround. Prolly cheaper. And the rear bumper is different on a 72 I believe. Other than that I believe they are the same.

Sir keep the updates coming. It’s awesome having the kids involved. Hope you don’t mine a couple pics of my boys. They both dig the cars. The younger is more interested in firearms but enjoys the cars just as much.

Second hello from me. Been away from the site for awhile. New ride since November last year. Been to busy ironing it out and catching three or four car shows. 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner 383/727 auto Super nice car from the Arizona area.

This is the reason I love my 71’. Haven’t seen another anywhere close to my area. And I’m always the only 71 at the shows.

Well. I've been a automotive painter for 20 years. I learned to paint from a older fellow using a devibliss JGA. My hats off to you on getting that cup and spray head inside to door. Great job.

Never dealt with the DBU. I never have a need to catalyze my base coats.

I use both the shop-line and the PPG DBC lines of paint pretty much daily. There is a huge difference in them. Even my paint rep says there is not. But that isn't true. I spray shop-line base on insurance jobs(when the formula is available) because it's cheaper and that's what the insurance...

Only reason I have to why the 69 RR is..... Just because it grabbed me at first glance and hasn't turned me loose yet.
