This is a used panel with the top switch no wiper switch but has other switches as seen original and nice has spot on it as seen in pictures once repainted will not see asking 225.00 shipped

This is a 68 panel. 69 doesn't have the removable cover over the switch and has the "top" label right on the panel. Hope this helps.
