1968 plymouth road runner

Depending on who you buy it from could be the quality of the metal the type of metal used thickness-wise and did they use the original mold to stamp it AMD has the rights to Chryslers molds as far as I know
 
I think the original Chrysler molds no longer exist. AMD creates new molds by reverse engineering original body panels they have. I recently got a rear crossmember from them and the holes for the rear bumper brackets were to low by 5/8 of an inch. They told me the original part that they used to make it from was probably manufactured at a different plant than my original one came from.
 
One of the issues with reproducing Chrysler parts is that the molds and dies were scrapped when the company went into bankruptcy so new tooling has to be made which affects the accuracy and quality of those parts.
