I see woodgrain door panels and consoles in some and also without like in the picture (sans the in-correct shifter & boot). Was the woodgrain an option?

AZ Desert,
Woodgrain came on the 69 console with a woodgrain shift knob. The GTX got wood on the door panels and dash

So, this console in my picture is maybe a 1968 and adding the woodgrain appliques, which you can get, would make it right? Maybe the original was damaged and this was all they could find 20+ years ago to replace it (somebody's date sat on it too much or too much activity in the car???) Also it is an early 1969 built in 1968, so it doesn't have the headrests, as they were an option until the first of January 1969, when they became standard by law I found out.
