1T code???

I have decoded this fender tag for this car (69 RR)I looked at,but need help with 1T code,would like to know what it is before making a offer...Thanks..

Maybe big john knows. I did the finder tag decoder on my mopar.com. It did not tell me any thing on the 1T. It did say in that area bottom color of car. Did not get any color match either for the car. Their is a help area on My Mopar.com. This is a question I would also like to know. It gives a lot of info like 383 motor four speed. So look for your self if you have the time. Might check it may not have come off of that runner. The date the decoder came up with was a 71 vehicle. That is if I did it rite.
