2019 Mopars in the Park

I'm excited to announce that for the 2019 Mopars in the Park (Farmington, Minnesota) car show we will have a 1969 Color Me Road Runner display. The show will be May 31st through June 2nd.

The plan/goal is to have 25 different colored Road Runners representing the 23 factory options plus Omaha Orange and Petty Blue/Corporation Blue.

We're starting to fill slots for the display which will be indoors, though we also want to extend this invite to ALL 1969 Road Runners, and make this the biggest gathering of these cars ever.

Please post below or PM me if you are needing more details or would like to commit to bringing your car.
 
I was there in '16 and it was a great show, but a bit of a drive for me so I haven't returned. Too early to commit, but you have peaked my interest.

I really like the idea. Also very far for me to come. But you never know.
 
I have a 999 code car that I believe was originally omaha orange, but is now in Hemi orange. Dont think ill be making it though!

Nice. In 69 they were just 99 99. If you have my book you will see the history of how and why Omaha Orange was on the Plymouth Road Runner.

love to have a read, where can i get a copy?

mines a 68 so ive got the older-style plate that you need to be a rocket scientist to decipher. and thats if the letters line up nice! have been looking for more info on the car, from what i understand, quite a few were ordered in Omaha orange out of LA

Man, I would so much like to be the B7 car representative for this, if my car even qualified as such. To far and no trailer though. :BangHead:
 
Well I was reading this while cleaning off seam sealer/Epoxy primer/and bed liner. Sound's like a good get together. Maybe one day I will get to go to the show's. Don't think I will enter my car in a show but would love to see what other's have done to the car's over the year's. :D

Oh man! If only my F5 was done. I'd be all over that. :(
 
When I 1st saw the title I thought it was the Sacramento show

Minn. is way too far

I happen to own a 69 Road Runner in A4 Silver Matallic and plan to attend Mopars in the Park next summer. Can you confirm what is needed for the Color Me inclusion?
 
So you all know, MoPars in the Park is going to be at a new location for 2019. It will be at the Washington county fairgrounds, Stillwater Minnesota.

It's slowly but surely coming together for you, can't wait to see this line up at the show. A few of these remaining are a unicorn but several are common. I have my eyes open for you.
