I noticed that too. You always get a slightly different vantage point from the A12 guys that have to hunt this crap down...

i was told my center carb is a 71 ? anyone know for sure how i can tell ? and what the outers are ?

Stuart.. Yea, the float bowl vent is a give away that its a 71. Look at the numbers on the air horn to be sure.

I bought the correct style from Six Pack Perf in New Mexico last year. It doesn't have the numbers stamped in it, but it was the correct style. I don't remember paying $200... But it wasn't cheap.

Stuart, according to the Dodge and Plymouth Muscle Car Red Book I have, lists these numbers for a 440 six pack. Holly, R4671A/front all, R4669A/center manual, R4670A/center auto. R4672A/rear all. These numbers are listed under Challenger, GTX, and Roadrunner. Hope this helps.
