Did our 1st match of the year a 600. My son won 1st in Jr. class and 10th overall. He did really well considering the talent on this one. Seems the long winter and cabin fever brought out some really talented marksman. Cool seeing my son compete w/ them.

Sweet! Another F-Class shooter! I shoot F-Open with a Surgeon action, Krieger Barrel, McMillan Stock, etc. in .300 Win Mag.
These pic's were taken at the 2013 F-Class World championships in Raton, NM

Cool! I'm sure you spend some quality time with your son loading ammo also

I should update: He did the best he's ever done last match. High Jr again but more importantly, 4th overall at 15 years old. He missed 3rd by one shot!

He shot a 571-10X at 600 yards in F/TR.

Very proud of him.

Congratulations. Nice to see a father/son competition. My daughter and I enjoy trap or 5 stand.

Pretty damn good shooting for a 16 year old. Congrats!
Hope you don't have to walk down to set your own targets.

Excellent shooting! i wish I had gotten into shooting earlier. Really cool that he is doing so well!

Thanks.

In F class shooting you are in a target "pit". You pull a large target on a frame down, mark it and send it back up for the shooter opposite of your relay. So when you are shooting, you are at firing line and stay there until done.
