69 hood question

how can i tell if this is or was a airgrabber hood, can i fit an air grabber ,, and what is the difference from a standard roadrunner hood and a airgrabber hood

I'M pretty sure all 69 hoods could accept the air grabber the deafferents is the insert's air grabber has screen vents open for air and stander had soiled inserts .
