We have color! It's not much but the underside is primered and oversprayed with In-Violet. It is a bit of a milestone in the restoration for two reasons- first is that I am going to take it off the rotisserie and put it back on jackstands, second is when I do that it will free up a bay in the garage. Having a free bay in the detached garage will allow me to pull my Barracuda in to do some work on it and also give me more room to start working on parts for the road runner. I'll let it dry today and should have it spun and on stands tomorrow.

Housing blasted, primed and painted, now waiting for bearings to show up. Starting to clean up leaf springs and brackets.

Maybe next year, maybe. Still a long way to go - engine bay needs painting, ,doors, fenders need body work and hung, exterior paint, front suspension, interior, 727 needs rebuild etc.

Ya I'm not going to be bringing any of mine either. Still in sheet metal hell and I hurt my back about 3 weeks ago. I'm hoping to be back in the garage after Carlisle.

Daytona (clone) is my buddys who lives across town, he`ll be at Carlisle as well. I`m a Plymouth guy anyway so if I ever hit the lottery I`d have a Superbird in my garage (although Daytonas are also cool).
