stopped by to show off his beautiful '71 383 console shifted automatic. Had it apart about 4 years repainting. just got the bumpers back from the chrome shop ($$$). my crappy camera doesn't do justice to this car. gonna go help him put in the headliner tomorrow.

this is his '70 Coronet, and as soon as he gets it unburied, he has a ;66 Beleveder post car.

pretty sure if you got the roof stripe, you didn't get the emblems. But, I've seen a few R/Ts tht had the stripe, and the original owners had the R/T emblems added on. Dave's car is a stripe delete. My '73 had the long stripe that went over the roof, and it didn't have the emblems either...but i don't know if the '73s even had them. He also picked up a '73 Sundance, pretty solid that he swapped a bunch of small block stuff for.

I love 71-72 Roadrunners! Both cars are very cool. Droptop, your car makes want to hit ebay and start bidding! Thats going to be tough to explain!

American Racing, no idea what model. Prety sure he got'm at Summit.
was helping him put his new headliner in yesterday. I had my hand underneath the headliner looking for various screw holes. Thought I had a hand on a twig with a wasp nest on it.....pulled out a petrified mouse by the tail..... :eek:
