I'm missing this shield and will be purchasing one soon. Question, where can I pick-up the hardware necessary to install?
 
one possibility is pentastar reproductions. they have bags full of all sorts of fasteners for different areas.

Are you talking about the stone shield from the lower bumper to the lower radiator core support?
Or Are you talking about the stone shield just under the grill above the bumper?
If you were talking about the stone shield below the bumper I too am looking for mounting hardware. This hardware is much harder to find. I have found the hardware for the stone shield just below the grill at many of the places shared above. However no luck with the stone shield below the bumper that attaches to the core support

Worth noting...lower shield. I have not placed an order yet. Where did you end up buying your lower shield from? My is for the '70.
