Brake backing plate.

Any one know if it got a gasket between the fire wall and the backing plate. Know their is a gasket between the master cylinder and the backing plate.
 
Russ I'm pretty sure there should be one of those white sponge looking gaskets for that, im looking thru my stash of body gaskets now
 
Yes it is one of those thing's we don't remember when taking the car apart. Should have taken more pic's. But we get into a hurry to get apart and start the restore process. Have ordered a fire wall gasket kit should be here in a few day's. Like I said used RVT on the gas pedal bracket. Also ordered the windshield wiper motor gasket and the pivot arm gasket set. The gasket set I just ordered did include the pivot arm gasket's. Oh well what is new I have ordered thing's twice before. Thanks for looking and letting me know. Want to put every thing back like it should be. Don't want any leak's. :thankyou:
 
No got it from Parts mix. Also the steering column gasket and a few other one's are in the kit. Have gotten a lot of the nuts and bolt's from them. Also have window gaskets along with the rubber seal's. I get thing's from them PDQ. :kartman: Saves time on the computer looking for part's.
