My bulkhead is mess (see pic). Does anyone have a picture of one and the label that tells where each wire goes and what it's for. I gotta replace this junk.

Several folks should have pics. Wire can be found in service manual on site. Also laminated colored schematic available to buy out there. Good investment
 
I went with Pertronix on my car for the electronic ignition and was able to use the factory set up. I bought all new harnesses from year one also. Wiper harness engine harness and head light harness and it was a simple plug and play. Same as factory.
 
The main bulkhead comes with the dash harness then there are three under hooh harnesses that plug into it. Wiper, lights forward and engine
 
Buy the colored wiring diagram. But they may change some wire colors on the harness. Year one was help full of the color changes. Well worth the money to buy new.

I see you decided to buy a new harness. Probably easier. I rebuilt my engine harness. Keep the old one till you are sure your new connectors match up. The little connectors are hard to find. Is the one for the reverse light that goes to the transmission there? I see the top part.

Russ do you have electronic ign? What part# was your harness if you remember?
 
Yes Electronic ignition. My car was swapped from point's to electronic before I bought it. Got the new kit from summit racing. Distributor-blast resistor-and pyro tonic box. It was a good price check it out. Sorry don't have the number for the wiring harness. Got it with the A/C wiring added. They will walk you through what you need Year One. But some thing's where on back order so it took a while to come in. Had to steal the wire for my revers light switch off my old harness do to having four speed manual shift. To hook up at bulkhead connector.
 
the new harness will be well defined as to what it dose . looks like power for ether fuse box or ign's switch acc, power.i would need to look at a wiring diagram to see what it dose.
 
Get one from these guys. Saved my butt many times. If you mean the one with the blue crimper on it might go to the wiper motor. Not 100% sure though. Is it hooked up to something? I will try to get a whole picture and send it.

Check it out. Mine isn't great either but I cleaned it up and made a few better connections and everything works so I'm happy.
