can any one tell me what this is poss out of?

the D clearly indicates it was for a '68 car, but it's obviously not possible to have an EAD of Feb. 19 if the casting date is July 17...check that again...and too many digits in the VIN....you sure there isn't a letter in there somewhere at the front of that sequence...?
