Can I go back to column shifter with after market headers on a 69 roadrunner

I have a 69 RR it has a slap stick Hurst shifter in it total pos. I want to go back to the column shift is this possible without modification to linkage or back to stock exhaust.

Welcome from fl. What or why do you want to go back to column shift. Just asking. Do you have a console now. Maybe some one can answer this for you. I had a floor shift four speed car so putting console in the car with bucket seat's.

it was orig a column shift car and it has a slap stickhurst in it now and its always out of adjustment or something i wanna put a bench seat back in it
