Carlisle 2018

Hi guys, for the 50th anniversary of our birds, is there any plan or place for a main event? Carlisle seems to be the place to be?
Does any of you going there?

Because I want to be a part of that event and I don't want to miss it. So I have to prepare my trip and especially my funds to be able to book a plane an hotel and a rental car to be there! :)
So I'd like to know where is going the majority of you? So we can meet there perhaps! I would love to see you all guys :)
 
Carlisle should have some good events planned for the Road Runner. I'll have my car there. I would definitely start planning now, especially hotel rooms. We all have our favorite places to stay but I'm sure we'll meet up some time during the weekend but we won't decide that until the week or so before the event. Hope you can make it across the pond. And pack some good walking shoes, there is a lot of ground to cover.
 
Will be driving mine down from Mass, Love the 6 hour drive
 
I will be vending at Carlisle this year so I don't think I will have my Road Runner with me. Monster Hot Rods booth is D-108 across from the food court. I will have some prints and posters for sale. Stop by and say hi.
 
I'm coming but just a day trip. Mopar's in Motion is having a little gathering of the birds at their tent on Friday afternoon. I only live an hour and a half away. So I'll come up Friday morning see what I can then over to their tent around 3:00pm for the afternoon.

I'll be there too. But knowing Ralph the way I do it may very well turn into something more then a little gathering!!:lol:
 
I fly in Thursday. Not sure I will be early enough for the car show at the dealership in Mechanicsburg. Anyone have the name of the dealership so I can google the location

Rick: Is the big white beast going to make it to the show? I should be over at Mopar's in Motion by 3:00PM. I hope to be in Carlisle by 10:00am or so. I'm driving the Roadrunner up. Only and hour and a half on the PA Turnpike for me, but more like 2 hours since I'll no doubt have to stop for gas about a half dozen time, dam this car is thirsty:beep:. I'm going back the same day.

Bob, the kick off cruise in is now held at the Expo center on Thur evening. Same place that the Hurst Nationals is held. Right across the street from the main entrance of the show field.
 
Oh how late does that run, I land in Baltimore at 3:45 probably too late by the time I pick up a car

Harold, you setting out lawn chairs and a couple of cold beers for Bob and me again...? I promise not to ask "whatever happened to the Prowler" in front of Mrs. Droptop again... :D
