Cruising is just not that organized at Carlisle from what I have witnessed over the years... You have people headed over to the race track...or off to any of the nearby towns because there isn't much in Carlisle...Mechanicsburg for instance...so there's no easy answer to your question that I'm aware of.

Is that a better answer???
