So my local speed shop owner hosts his own version of Cars and Donuts every Saturday morning - nothing of the scale like Derelict Donuts out Chris' way however. I was in there last Friday to pick up some Dzus fasteners for the freshly painted Camaro. He was chiding me for having this garage full of toys and never bringing any of them up there. So, Saturday morning I backed Bambilicious out of the garage and headed down there. Next door neighbor rode shotgun. Normally there are not a lot of MoPar guys down there - but Saturday was different. I hadn't even gotten out of the car before someone was yelling "Hey, is that a real M-Code???" Made a couple of new friends and had a great time. Funny how the unrestored factory hotrod wearing mostly primer commands more attention some of the finished cars...

As it should :yesnod: There was a guy at the Pavilions Saturday night that had an A12 clone but what was interesting is that everything was correct. The owner assumed that some one totaled an A12 and transfered all the goodies to a runner but of coarse the body #s and Vin were to a 383 car. 4spd, Dana, 440 the carbs are dated. No I didn't have a camera Dave

I should probably start my own thread. Hijack in session. :chuck:

It's just like the E*Trade commercial around here... Hi-Jacking a thread is frowned upon in this establishment... Okay, maybe not so much... :basketcase:
