So engine was on dyno.
Hp and Torque is known.
Now to see what converter.
713hp @ 5850 (594 @ wheels)
780nm from 3200-5300 rpm.
Roadrunner in street trim (heavy) maybe 4000-4200 lbs ??
3.54 gears and with gearvendor on rpm @ 61 mph 2000.

Not looking for Race/Strip converter.

Maybe 1-2 a year on strip max.

John Cope his advice was 9,5 PTC converter (3500-3800 stall) , but seems a bit too much for what I want as a street car.

Well, if CRT has told you what you need then I think that you already have your answer... Doubtful you'll find anyone with a better reputation in the MoPar world. End of discussion.

AcmeA12 , Thanks for you input.
Just not sure if the 3800 would be too high.
Have had an TSI 3800 in the car but rev-ed the engine high when leaving and did not feel nice.

But maybe the converters don't feel the same.
But it's not a dragcar but a street car with no race wishes.

a company called gearstar handles transmissions and converters. website is gearstar.net. they are in Akron Ohio but they are used to working with large torque motors so I don't think the hemi would scare them at all.
