Purchased my RR in 1991 w/ 40,000 miles. It now has just under 100,000. Needs lots of cosmetic work, but I've always kept it up mechanically. It's an ugly 'driver'. Love it dearly.

I'm a retired policeman. The oldest police car I drove was the '69 Belvedere, which is of course a 4 door RR. Adds to the nostalgia.

Because of my experience with Mopar police cars, I became a Mopar fan. I've owned several over the years.

• 73 Chrysler New Yorker
• 76 Plymouth Voyager van
• 82 Dodge Diplomat
• 92 Chrysler LeBaron —> small car made in Mexico with a Mitsubishi V6, but still technically a "Mopar" … ;=]
