Did the first A12 have turn signals on the fender?

The signal indicators where an option on the '69's (not sure about any other year). I recall them being part of a "light Package" if memory serves me correctly. I had them on my first '69 Road Runner.

EDIT: after rereading, I see you are asking about this particular car.
I certainly do not see them on the car in the picture.

When this particular car was first restored, the fender-mounted turn signals were left off - As seen in your first link. This error/oversight was later corrected - As seen in your second link.
