Has anyone done the Auburn gear swap or something like it. If so, which one have you gone with. Looking for a limited slip swap so have better traction. I see EATON-Auburn and others even summit is selling one of their own. Well looking for the best for the buck. Our open diffs are subject to the car wanting to come around on the wet road. I really don't like that. It has done this several times and not really getting on it from the light. Thought this might be cheaper way than going with the 60 dana. Thanks Russ.

So just to add is the 489 longer than the 741 chunk. I do have a 489 in hand. Had to cut drive shaft once already due to putting the four speeds back in the car. Know that have to get the mix matched universal joint but that is no problem. Thanks Russ.

Car will come around way faster when both wheels are spinning especially on wet roads. When my factory sure grip wore out I replaced it with a Trutrac and it once again lays two black marks, no noise and no issues. Not the cheapest option but a very nice unit - buy once, cry once.
