I posted looking for panel or door paint jigs and came up with one myself. This started as my engine stand with the center fixture removed. I put a surplus piece of pipe thru the stand into the gutted door's latch hole and attached the far end to the holes in the middle of the door. A longer pipe would accommodate a second door at one time. You can rotate the door to paint/prime/metalwork almost without restriction. See pictures attached.
