We just got back from Vegas and the MATS show. (Danged work getting in the way of my fun again.)
We drove out from San Clemente through the desert at high noon and 85-90 degree weather.
The vert-bird ran awesome never getting above 210 on the Auto-meter gauge and staying just a needle to the right side of the "normal" range on the factory temp on the dash. The aluminum radiator I think helps a lot.
80 mph in a convertible going to Vegas and back. Life is good.
Got a front door spot at the Cannery casino too.
