I purchased my first roadrunner tonight at mecum Kissimmee, super excited and want to learn more.
Its not numbers matching but it was advertised as frame off period correct, 383 auto (on column) with bench seat.
It does not have air grabber hood but the car was in my budget, can't wait to get it home.

Yes thanks to all, as soon as I get the car (shipping from Florida to sunny buffalo ny) I will post some. Being a newbie I'll be looking for whatever feedback I can get. It's my first mopar. 1st questionnaire is weathe the car came with an air grabber?

welcome from dreary Ohio. It's always weird to hear a unibody car listed as having a "frame off" resto.
Post up some pics when you can. Yes your car could of had an air grabber set up, it was an option for '69.

Welcome from Southern Indiana. If there is a data plate found on the inside driver side fender well by the battery, there will a code N96 if it had an air grabber originally. There are a few lesser know ways to detect if there was an air grabber or not. Like evidence of the cable being screw to the bottom of the dash, or a hole in a rubber grommet in the fire wall that the cable went through. Under the hood there will be evidence of rivets that hold the air box to the hood being drilled out etc.....
