Well Im pretty much done with the winters Engine compartment clean up. Had her running and out for a few quick drives trying to work some bugs out.
Runs great without a load, but under load not so good, I need to do some more work with timing and the carb, and need to swap out the valve cover gaskets with a better set. I cant get the ones on there to seal well (they are pretty stiff materail, came in a Fel-Pro Engine rebuild kit), so I ordered a new set with a differnt compound to hopefully make a better seal. Attached are some pics...... Thanks to all for the advice and info along the way, now only 1 month away till the start of cruise night season......
