Recently found a couple of numbers of my freshly stripped and cleaned block, was wondering if I could get a hand finding out what they mean?
Engine stamps

Sponge Bob Square Wheels
The first one is the partial VIN # of the car it came from
And the DPCD logo stands for Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth/Desoto.

That partial VIN shows it was built in 1972 at the Jefferson plant in Detroit.
So, that engine was originally in a 72 Chrysler or Imperial.

The H440 on the pad on the front of the block would also indicate a 72. Not able to make out the reat of the numbers though. Looks like some moght be missing/rubbed out
