Fender turn signal sockets??????

Was hoping to just replace the bulbs but broke the bulb trying to take it out, as the bulb collar has become one with the socket, does anyone reproduce the sockets?

What style do you have I may have parts

Mine are this style, the housings and lens' look okay but the bulb sockets and wires are done...
