I had a set of the red lines. Ride and handling was comparable to a modern era tire, but I thought the rubber compound was a little soft. Therefore they wore out pretty quick. If you don't drive your car that much, go for it.

Hey Droptop, I do drive my cars as much as possible, could you tell us how many miles before you had to replace them & did you get another set of them? Thanks

Depends on what you are looking for, soft = sticky good traction and fewer miles. Hard = to less traction more miles

20,000 miles and they were shot, and no I didn't buy them again.
