Front Bumper Splash shields Mounting Pics?

My front bumper with frame brackets attached

Those go way up into the top corner of the fender where the turn signal would be if you have that option. Its held in place with two large fender washer and a long skinny sheet metal screws. I'm just using the exterior turn signal as a reference as to where it goes.
