If you got 'em, please post a pic or two. I'm on the fence between
OEM style hood stripes and gloss black. Thanks in advance.

And...it would be REALLY helpful if your car was red!

I agree, go gloss, for all the above reasons
Thats what I did
I've only had one person in 12 years of driving and showing my car ask me if the gloss black on my hood was correct

Used Hot Rod Black on Solid Gold. Not Too shiny and not too flat. Best of both worlds. Confuse them!

I definitely prefer the original organosol look. Bust out the Pledge... :lmao:

Seems like we relaunch this topic about every 4 - 6 months whether we need to or not... :stooges:

Sam - it seems pretty simple to me. Glossy if you want it to be easy to maintain and Satin if you prefer the original look and are willing to live with it being more difficult to maintain. Your car will look great either way you go; just make yourself happy.

I went with gloss as well. Easy clean up. I too am on the fence about this. My painter made a mistake reading the blue print for the stripes on the top's of the fender's and I am going to get them re-done this summer. I may try flat this time to see how it look's. Not sure. I like them both.
