Glovebox door re-install

Having a dickens of a time re-installing my glovebox door, after putting in a new liner.
Any suggestions? How did you guys do it?

update: realized the correct order of re-install....
open glovebox door, take door itself off hinge(s), LEAVE HINGE ATTACHED, remove door lock latch on bottom, remove old glovebox liner, squeeze in new liner, attach door and bottom latch.
(the key here is NOT to take the door AND hinge off at same time. took me a while to figure out I had to separate the door & hinge, CAREFULLY reinstall the hinge alone, then put everything back)
learning the trial & error way.....
